As per your complain Femcinol-A contains Clindamycin Phosphate which is an antibacterial agent and is effective as well as frequently used in treatment of acne.. There are no known serious side effects of clindamycin gel and you can use it along with anti-acne medications like washing your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash.. Apply Femcinol A gel along with Benzoyl peroxide gel over the pimples.. Do cool compresses over the pimples.. You can also limit sun exposure and intake of oily food.. Drink plenty of water.. The time taken for resolution depends from patient to patient but in case of no resolution or if the symptoms worsen in a month consult a Dermatologist and he can advise you oral antibiotics like Minocycline, Clindamycin or Doxycycline..
