I Would like to know few more things from so that I suggest you better:
1.) What is your Height and Weight?
2.) Are you Diabetic or Hypertensive?
3.) Do you get
chest pain on exertion?
You should be getting a Master Health check up done which would include,
1.) Blood Work up
2.) Urinalysis
3.) Serum Electrolytes
4.) EKG
5.) Physician Consultation
to see if everything is alright with you.
Tingling sensation suggests a Nerve compression or reduced blood supply. Both these has to be ruled out.
Kindly do not delay and do not increase your Exercise sessions without consulting your Doctor.
Follow these lifestyle modifications:
1.) Avoid
stress, practice
relaxation techniques like Yoga and Meditation
2.) Not just treadmill, do regular cardio exercises and brisk walks for 30 to 40 minutes daily, 5 days a week
3.) eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables
4.) Avoid
smoking and alcoholism
5.) Avoid high calorie foods and saturated fats.
