Itching Around Anus And Scrotum, White Discoloration Like A Ring Around Anus. Fungal Infection?
sir, i had bad itching in around my anus and around my scrotum in the region of scrotum and thigh since one week. today when i observed the area there was a band of mild whitish discoloration with mild redness and moist. can u guide me what to do. is it a heat rash, or fungal infection or any lichen sclerosis. its severly itching. but noticible thing is the white band is NOT INVOLVING THE ANUS , BUT 3 CM AWAY FROM ANUS JUST LIKE A RING AROUND ANUS.

It looks like Fungal infection Tinea cruris.IT starts from groin and extend laterally and backwards towards the anal region.
Please take antifungal tablet orally and also antifungal cream along with corticosteroid should be applied topically.
Please consult a Dermatologist and get correct diagnosis.
