Itching From Head To Toe, Going Through Menopause. Taking Several Medicines. Suggestions?

I sometimes itch from head to toe. I have done a laundry detergent check as well as bathing soaps. I am on several medications, however I have been on the same medications for a while, however I take them accordingly and separate the meds that needs to be separated by a couple of hours so that they can work properly. I am going through menopause.

Itching can be due to allergy to the external products(detergents) or it could be because of menopause also..
Any way you can take anti allergic medications like ceterizine for relief..
