Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
You seem to be having dryness ( Xerosis) of the skin which is causing the itching. You should use a good moisturizing lotion like cetaphil moisturizing lotion or colloidal oat meal containing Aveeno body lotion two to three times a day. You may increase the humidity. Drink plenty of water. Omega 3 fatty acids are good and fish oil capsules are rich in them.
Hope this helped,
Take care
