The swelling has caused his skin to tear. but he also know has small blister. I was told go to the emergency room because may have Osteo Mellitus? what do you think and what is Osteo Mellitus?
Hi Without seeing the pt difficult to comment but there may be compartment syndrome or deep infection with sequestrum formation in bone. Better consult orthopaedic surgeon for debridement or sequestrectomy. Get well soon. Thank you.
