Knee Discomfort. Feels As If There Is Something Behind My Knee
For the past few months I can t sit indian style - crossing my legs, nor can I get on my knees for any period of time. When I get up to walk it takes awhile for my leg to fully extend. Feels as if there is something behind my knee. I am only 38 and feel much older.
would like to know your history(past medical and recent, any injury or something like that) and few more.
your symptoms are indicative of early arthritis. Few precautionary measures and regular physiotherapy sessions will provide you relief.
You should consult an orthopedician as soon as possible and follow accordingly. Get an X-ray done.
