Knee Pain, Pins And Needles, Numbness, Pain Similar To Charle Horse. VBT?
I have been having knee pain in my right leg. Thought it was due to bulging disc in back. But the knee is ache and throbbing inside, left, right, and under knee. Worse at night. I also have pins and needles almost like numbness running down the front of my leg like shin splints growing up..lol.think that's what I mean.. Last week the pain in my legs were almost like a charly horse. no swelling. This has been going on since Friday. I will make a dr. Appt tomorrow. But someone said it might be vbt?
