Hi there, I m an adult male, 40yrs old and just started going to the gym. i notice my socks leaving an indent on the front of my shin, but I have no pain there. I can press my finger down and it leaves an impression for a few min. I read up on shin splints, but I have no pain there. Is this just normal swelling from using the treadmill?
