Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that while playing you have injured some internal structures of your knee like ligaments, cartilage or a tendon. Investigations like MRI will help in the proper diagnosis. Till then use an elastic knee brace over the affected knee.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
