Knit At The Center Of The Chest Which Is Hard. What Could This Be?

My dad is 51 years old and has recently disclosed some pertinent information to me that I find very baffling also disturbing.... He has told me that for at least a year there has been a knit in the center of his chest its hard doesn't feel like it moves at all he refuses to get this checked out by a doctor..I am worried and need to know what could be going on with my daddy.plz I reallycnewd to know help me help him please!!!

hi its lipoma or cyst or dermoid its simple procedure u can take out that swelling kindly go for surgeon and that excision done
