Knot On Wrist, Pain Above Knot. Will It Cause Throbbing, Stiffness, Burning, Itching?

I have a little knot about the size of a marble. I comes and goes usually but it has been there now for about 6 months or so without leaving. I've also developed severe pain in two fingers right above knot. My question is could the knot on my wrist be causing the severe throbbing, stiffness, burning and itching feeling in my fingers?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
No it may cause such think for what you are worried, still I would advise you to see the orthopedic surgeon because the examination is important, so we can come on clinical diagnosis, but it can be assumed from the given history that it may be subchondral cyst, and if this it then you should not worry about it, have nice day.
