Knuckle Popping, Pressure In Lower Back. Any Ideas?

Yesterday I went to put my jacket on and all of a sudden it felt like a pop and not a pop like a knuckle popping more like a gallon popping and after it happened I have been having trouble standing up straight, it hurts if I walk at a normal rate (I have to walk really slow) it hurts to sit, and now it is the next morning and this all hurts ALOT more, and I also feel a lot of pressure, and this pain and pop all happened right in my lower back where the tail bone is(there is not swelling, no heat and no I have not fallen or anything like that)

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The sudden pop that you heard could be due to a joint popping or a muscle sprain in the area. The pain that you have now can be relieved with muscle relaxants in combination with the pain killers and a hot fomentation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
