serum alkaline phosphatase 78 units/l
sgot 64 units/l
sgpt 108 units/l

how much serious is this?
what should i do. i live at india.

According to your Liver function test
Bilirubin levels are elevated.
SGOT and SGPT levels are elevated.
Clinically there may be jaundice.
There is sign of inflammation to the liver(Hepatitis).
The cause of hepatitis should be found.
The severity of the disease and the management of it depends on the diagnosis.
