Large Red Area In Palm, Hot To Touch, Itchy Hands And Feet. Prescribed Double Anithistamines. Advice?
i seem to have developed a large red area on my palm which is really hot to touch and itchy - there is no broken skin - i have been experiencing itchy hands and feet (and generalised itching all over recently) I saw my GP who advised me to take double anithistamines - i have done this but today it has not gone down at all - i took the medication 2 hours ago its driving me nuts

You are probably having acute urticaria.It can occur due to food allergies,drug intake etc.
At times when it is not responding to steroids you need to take oral steroids like prednisolone in a tappering dose.
It will be better to consult a dermatologist.
