Late Periods, Headache, Lower Back Pain, Breast Pain, Tiredness. Negative Pregnancy Tests. What Should Be Done?

I am 8 days late for my period today. I've taken 3 pregnancy test at home, all negative results. I've been getting headaches, lower back aches, nipple and breast pain, extreme tiredness no matter how long I sleep or how little i do, and lots of lower abdominal cramping. I feel like I am pregnant. What steps should I take to know for sure?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
You are having lower back pain,tenderness in breast, tiredness, drowsiness ( sleepy )and abdominal cramps.
All these symptoms are an indication of pregnancy.
But three home pregnancy tests are NEGATIVE , so there is no pregnancy.
May be due to .
1 Anemia, decrease level of hemoglobin develops such type of symptoms.Diagnosis can be confirmed by examination of hemoglobin level.
2 As period is late for 10 days , so hormonal imbalance may the reason of delaying period and all other symptoms. Diagnosis can be confirmed by examination of estrogen, androgen, L H / FSH ratio.
3 Fibroid in uterus may be the next reason , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of uterus.
4 PCOD ( Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease ) is also develops such type of symptoms. Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries.
In my opinion consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
