This can be a serious condition , relating to heart. You should see a dr. immediately.
Hi. You need to see a doctor immediately. Chest pains with radiation to the neck might be a warning sign to bigger hurdles.

You have not mentioned the age of your fiancee.and also the condition after which it happened.There is no need to panic about it.Possible things could be someting stuck up in throat after eating.Reflux oesophagitis ,or anginal pain which seems to be least as it is very severe and generally do not occur in menstrauting females ( I suppose you are male as you have mentioned fiancee ).
But for securing yourself you should contact immediatlely your physician as chest pain whatsoever should be ruled out for angina,

age is important criteria. but it looks as if pain could be angina. get an ECG done.dont panic.visit a physician.
