Left Hand Spasms At Sleep, Squeezing Action, Talks And Yells In Sleep, Carpel Tunnel. Suggestion?
Hello,
My husband is keeping me awake at night. His left hand spasms many times during the night whilst he is sleeping in a sqeezing type action. He also talks and yells in his sleep often sounding like he is speaking in another language. He has pins and needles in his right hand which he puts down to carpel tunnel. Can you please give me some advice, his sleeping habits are driving me crazy.
HI Thank for asking to HCM The sleep-talking (somniloquy) it is pretty common condition equally happens both to the male and female, when person briefly come out of the rapid eye movement(REM) sleep phase at this time it is more common, it can be happened in (REM) too, this is not related with any disease, or one should not assumed that the person who is talking in sleep must be having some kind of pain or in state of pian, this kind of habit may not be long lasting and may go away soon, have nice day.
