Lifted Heavy Object, Lots Of Lower Abdonimal Pain. Is It Serious?

today I was moving out of my apartment and I lifted some stuff that was probably a bit too heavy for me - I m a female at 5 4 and 155lbs with mild to moderate physical strength, but it was probably something I should have asked my boyfriend to lift......and now, 12 hours later, I have lots of lower abdominal pain . what does this mean? is it serious?

Thanks for query.
It seems that due to heavy weight lifting your abdominal muscles are stretched causing strain on the muscle.
Take some pain reliever medicines,apply local analgesic cream.
Within 2-3 days you will be alright.

Hello and welcome to HCM
As per detail given by you, your pain is due to muscular spam or stretch with occurred during weight lifting. Usually Lactic acid produced in our muscle when we work out. After 12-24 hours of work out the muscle starts complaining pain. As you are complaining. Their is nothing to be serious.
Take complete rest, get hot fermentation and in severe pain take some muscle relaxant and anti inflammatory drugs.
This will help you in reducing your pain.
