hi doc, i gave birth to a lovely baby boy 3 months aga, but it was a secondary cut.. im healing prety well but sometimes i still get tears..like at the moment i have a little tear.i dont know what happened perhaps its the pads i was using for my period.can i sit in betadine sollution or can i just clean it with bettedine sollution and cotton.when i sit is pains....
