Looking For Carbohydrates Free Diet. Is Teas And Senna Safe To Take On A Daily Basis?

I am looking into starting a no carb diet. I have had great success in the past with this. The problem that accompanies this diet is constipation. The diet prohibits juices or fruits, any suggestions as to what I make take to aleviate this problem. Fiber products also have a great number of carbs in them. Is senna safe to take on a daily basis? What about teas?
