Loose Motion In Green Colour For The Child. Doctor Prescribed Inj Micacin, Inj Metron And Oflaxcin And Mornidanzole Syrup. Not Cured Suggestion?

My two yrs old child having loose motion with mucus in green colour since 20 days . I met a pedritician ,he prescribe inj micacin, inj metron and syp of ofloxacin nd mornidanzole....medicine control the motion but not completly cure. Now again its start.my child is became too week.he is not taking any food only mother feeding.at present some homeopath medicine is continue....now what to do.....

Get a stool examination done to rule out any infection. Stool for reducing substances and stool ph may help to identify lactose intolerance.
