hi
thanks for your query
as per discussion it assumed that you do not have any health issue
the only cause of your weight loss is poor diet/calories
Weight gain requires eating calorie-rich but also nutrient-rich foods
The goal is to choose foods that are packed with vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and calories so each bite is loaded with good nutrition
Try to eat six times a day, with each meal (or at least three of them) containing protein, starch, vegetable, and fat
you may require some appetizer to boot your appetite

as per your age and weight about 1400-1500 k cal.require to maintain your basic metabolic needs
excess og calories you take will deposited as fat .
i think this give your answer
I find this answer helpful
