My 86 year old mom is losing feeling in her hands - they re tingly, numb, and she s losing her grip. The symptoms have been continuing for several months. She s on -zero- medications and is generally healthy - she has atrial fibrillation , but only during panic attacks. No high blood pressure . She s not overweight , no diabetes. Any ideas about whether or not

The causes may be entrapment neuropathy due carpal tunnel syndrome.
Nerve damage due to peripheral neuropathy.
Vitamin deficiencies.
She has atrial fibrillation but not a known case of DM and HTN.
Screen for hypothyroidism.
