Lost Half Of The Leg Due To Diabetes. Have Poor Circulation In The Other Leg. Suggest Vascular Surgeon?

Hi doctor;
I lost my L leg below the knee to Diabetes last Feb. I'm told I have poor circulation in my R leg. I have Diab. per. neuropathy in my leg, and am told I should see a vascular surgeon. I live in Oshawa, ON. Can you recommend a very good surgeon for this purpose?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you;
