Lost Insurance. Taking Xanax. Can This Website Help Me With My Medical Needs?

Hello, My name is Timothy Bartlett and I just recently lost my insurance and take a medication called xanax (generic brand). In any event, I do not have the money to go from one doctor to another paying $100's of dollars for a medication I have been taking for years. Can this website help me with my medical needs. Not only with this issue, but with other health issues, like the cold, flue ect.?

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. I am sorry to hear that you lost your insurance. I wonder if you could get your medications covered by medicaid or medicare. In the event of not being able to get either of these it might be worth it to go off of the medication slowly, by titrating down on the medication. I hope this helps, while you find a generic medication that did what xanax did for you.

Take care and have a lovely day!
