Lot Of Back Pain, Stiff Muscles, Shoulders Hurt, Elbows Crack. What Is The Reason ?
Hello I'm presently working but always in pain. I have kronic back pain aalot of back pain. I was recently rushed to the hospital nd always have stiff muscles. I clean and detail cars for a living and have been doing this for almost thirty years. My shoulders hurt elbows always crack as if they were out of the socket. Sore hands and wrists and I was recently rushed to the hospital at work while I was working on a car I actually had the symptoms of a stroke but there was nothing they could find at the hospital but I was in severe pain. Couldn't move my right arm without total discomfort down my right side. these are just some of the pains I have including headaches and always tired but trouble sleeping. If you can help me I would really could use it thank you.
Hi, It seems that due to hard work, involving your all your joints of arms might be having some osteo-artheritis changes giving rise to this problem. Take high dose of calcium and Vitamin A and D supplements. Apply some local analgesic cream. Take high protein diet. Ok and take care.
