Loud Noise In Head And Horrible Headache

I have a horrible headache that right now radiates across the top of my head from ear to ear. Earlier it was radiating across the bottom/back of my head. I also feel a lot of pain behind in my sinuses, like a bad sinus infection. However, I have clear mucus when I blow my nose. I think it is not a migraine, I feel sick, my body aches all over. My head also feels like I have a split open basketball over it and there is a lot of loud noise in my head. My ears work fine, but everything sounds far away This has been going on for almost two days.

Hi.. You might be having an infection of the upper airway.. It could be sinusitis too. But is looks more like a viral infection.. Simple analgesics or paracetamol tablets will help.. drink plenty of water, avoid skipping food... It should be alright in a day or two. However if it persists or if the headache is severe, take help of a doctor..
