Low Grade Fever With Back Sever Ache

Low grade fever with back sever ache at one point on hip Hi I have daily evening fever of 99-100 degree with back pain in right end at the top of hip.After blood analysis, RBC count was 432 @ lower side & ESR was 50. What can be it.I m visiting doc. but all in vain.

Your history mentions that you have got low grade fever - daily and back pain at the right end at the top of hip.

ESR is 50 (Elevated);


Its appears that you have Inflammation involving the hip/back region.

This can be because of infection or due to wear and tear/sprain.



However infection needs to be ruled out as you are having fever.



All you need to do is to undergo a MRI Scan of the Hip and Lumbosacral Spine.

This would help pinpoint the cause of your problem and direct further treatment.



RBC counts are though on the lower side, do not worry about the same as there can be mild anemia. It does not correlate with your problem.
