Lower Abdominal Pain, Spotting Dark Blood, Bloating. Ovarian Cyst?

I have had lower abdominal pain, right around the ovaries and I have been spotting dark brown blood, sometimes a little more than spotting while urinating. There is dark brown blood, and or clots on the toilet paper. Also I do not take water pills in my birth control pills to prevent me from ovulating or having periods bc I have ovarian cyst problems. Could I possibly have a cyst? I am also very bloated.

Hi,

Bloating, bleeding/spotting while urinating and pain in abdomen needs further evaluation. This may be due to ureteric calculi or PUD or due to cyst.
The diagnosis can be made only after examination and with some relevant investigation like USG abdomen and pelvis, urine routine and pelvic examination.
So I advice you to consult your doctor for management.

For now you can take NSAID like Ibuprofen for pain and consult your doctor.

Regards
