Hello, I am currently experiencing symptoms of lower muscle back pain and a stiffness in the hands and legs - almost like they are turning to concrete as an extreme analogy or discription - after i move them they loosen up. but never get back to normal - i sthat cayse im 53 and not 23 anymore? I stay reletively active on my feet all day and pretty much in constant motion - when i drive home and get out of the car i feel 86. and my legs pain and feel stiff. Currently i have a quest feeling almost like a mild stomache flu sumpton with head and muscle aches id rate about 4.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
