Lower Back Pain, Loss Of Appetite, Irritability, Stomach Cramps, No Craving Or Tender Stomach. Negative PT. What Can I Do?

I am 20 days late on my period. I have experienced lower back pain, loss of appetite I try to eat but cant finish my food im not craving anything to eat, very irritable, stomach cramping (not lower abdominal cramping). I spotted for 3 days on and off brown and red blood (but very very litttle) never had this before. No tenderness in breast nor can I tell if they gotten bigger, very fatigue but have a problem getting comfortable to sleep at night. I took 3 pregnancy test that all came back negative.

Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

From your description, although slightly vague, it does appear as most of your symptoms can be matched to that of a hormonal problem. I understand you have taken 3 pregnancy tests, but I request you to take one more. This time ensuring you use an early morning urine sample, which would yield a most accurate result.

Along with this, I would like you to get your beta-hCG levels checked as these can help in ruling out/diagnosing a pregnancy, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, etc. If these do not provide much information, you will have to get a transvaginal ultrasound, which can reveal some important information on the cause to your symptoms. In the meantime, I would also request you to consult a doctor, who will guide you through the diagnosis and management of your condition.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes
