Hello Mr, I think constipation is common problem most face. Decreased bowel frequency - constipation , could be due to many causes like motility disorder , food habits , psychological issues, drug induced etc. Here , in this I would suggest Moza plus (combination of moza pride which increases motility and pantoprazole - decreases the gastric acidity ) for diabetic , hypertensive old Male on Ecospirin who probably has high chance of having motility problem due long standing diabetes. Also he is on Ecospirin for which this drug would do better. Lubowel tab - increases the bowel movement alone pancreoflat - increases the digestive enzyme effect thereby decrease accumulation of gas within the tract . Hope you would get relieved of this constipation soon.
