MRI Done. What Does The Findings Indicate?

I am trying to interpret my MRI results and hope you can explain in normal terms what this means. L4-L5: mild facet arthritis and ligamentum flavum thickening. No herniation, or stenosis. L5-S1: mild facet arthritis and ligamentum flavum thickening. No herniation, or stenosis. Conclusion: no significant disc herniation, degeneration or stenosis at any level. Mild facet arthropathy, at the L4-5 L5-S1 levels bilaterally.
