Welcome to Healthcare Magic The MRI says that you have osteoarthritis of your spine and disc prolapse. Both of these compress the nerves which come from spine which could be causing symptoms like pain, numbness, weakness of the legs. If you have symptoms which are getting worse or severe recurrent pain you will need surgery to remove these compressions to help you get relief. You should eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables to prevent constipation which can cause more back pain. Drink plenty of water. Avoid bending much, and sudden movements. You can apply Lumbar corset/brace for relief and proper posture. You should take pain killer and muscle relaxants for relief for now, under medical supervision.
