Findings of MRI suggests degenerative changes in the form of mild posterior disc bulge at D9-D10 and D10-D11 levels. Disc bulge occurs due to weakness in annulus fibrosis with age or it may due to trauma also. Mild reduced height of D9,D10 and D11 vertebral bodies with fatty replacement of bone marrow ,it may be due to previous trauma. Hope you have understand the terms.
