Dear friend, welcome to HCM !
The
MRI shows a tumour with ? calcification.
may be a a vascular tumour (haemangioma)or
sarcoma (cancerous).
the action really depends on your symptoms.
Is it painful? red/ bluish?
How long has it been there?
Is it irregular and shaggy? Does it blled anytime?
Better if you could more description.
It is also advisable to consult a surgeon. He may advise a
biopsy if it looks like a solid tumour.
Haemangioma is very vascular and bleeds. so usually not biopsied.
please be guided by the surgeon's opinion.
Take care and please keep me informed of your progress.
Good Luck !
