what does for mri report mean. there is ahemangioma within t8 vertebral body there is mild narrowing of central canal at the t10-t11 level secondary to diffuse bulge and bilateral facet degenerative disease the nueral formina also is mildly narrowed at this level l4-l5 bulge l5- si right central bulge making brief contact with s1 nerve root c4-c5 syrinix. im a 27 years old male who has already had tennis elbow surgeries both arms and right carpal tunnel surgery.what treaments do i need. medicine ,surgery?what type of medicine or surgery.

Treatments for disc bulge anr beural forminal compromise depends on mainly severity of symptoms.
It includes physiotherapy , medication or surgery.
Surgery in indicated in severe cases associated with painful radiculopathy. Otherwise physiotherapy may suffice.
You need to consult your physician regarding same and plan treatment on severity.
