Fourth Ventricle is Central and normal. Cerebellum is normal in signal intensity . Major intracranial flow voids are preserved. Both orbits are normal . Bilateral inner ear structure appears normal. Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi As per your baby MRI report there is some abnormality in basal gangial nuclei which may correlate with the high neonatal bilirubin brain injury(bilirubin encephalopathy) as bilirubin reached 37.5 and this level causes bilirubin encephalopathy in developing brain in newborn period. But you dint mention the clinical condition of the child. How is his developmental mile stones ? Is he able to walk now? How is his tone and motor system?
You consult your Pediatrician and he will advise and plan the management for your child as multidisciplinary interventions are required.
