There is mucosal mainly involving the inferior nasal turbinates. Polypoid mucosal thickening in the maxillary antra, inferiority with probable polyps versus retention cyst the largest in the left side measuring approximately 2.3 cm and the largest on the right measuring approximately 1.8cm

Mucosal thickening involving inferior nasal turbinates refers to thickening of lining along the walls of the nose on both sides in the nasal cavity. This is commonly a result of allergy or upper airway infection. The polyps are small finger like projections in cavities next to the nose and are also due to allergy in most people.
