i have conducted mri and findings reveals diffuse disc bulge with annular tear with mild disc herination (protrusion) seen at L5-S1 level causing mild indentation on thecal sac and mild indentation on bilateral neural foramina. Mild indentation on bilateral existing L5 nerve roots is noted. What it means please describe.
I read carefully your query and you should not disturb.
You have degenerative lumbar spine disease. Mild herniation (protrusion) is a disc intrervertebral bulging who causes some times neural pain. If you have pain you should not strain yourself and may take some pain killer. If you are good you should not do heavy work but of course you may do sport activity(swimming is better because is without gravity.
I wish you fast recovery.
