Migraine Headaches. MRI Showed Brain Spasms. Bad Vision. Concern?

I AM 23 YEARS OLD & BEEN GETTN MIGRAINE HEADACHES FOR ABOUT 5 YRS NW, I HAD AN MRI DONE WHICH SHOWED BRAIN SPASMS, THEY WERE GOING TO SEND ME TO A NEOROLOGIST TO SEE WHAT THE SPASMS R CAUSED BY, BUT DUE TO INSURANCE ISSUES I DID NOT GO. I HAVENT REALLY EXPERIENCEDMIGRAINES LATELY, BUT I DO GET A PAINS ON ONE SIDE OF THE HEAD AT TIMES, NOT TO BAD, BUT ILL GET IT OUT OF NOWHERE. I HAVE BAD VISION, DONT KNO OF THAT MATTERS?

The spasms that you are referring to can very well cause such symptoms. This is the reason why you get spasm on one side because the same side blood vessel might have been affected

Spasm can occur because of heart causes, defect in blood vessels, autoimmune causes, brain lesions etc

The treatment will depend on the underlying cause and should be successful if done under supervision of a good neurologist

You should consult neurologist without any if or but because sometimes these spasms can give rise to brain hemorrhage that can be an medical emergency
