Migraine Pain Originates From Left Shoulder And Neck Area When Eating Food. Early Stages Of Migraine Attack ?

Dear Doctor online
When I eat food I shouldn't be eaten, which cause me to get migraine why is it that during this time I can precisely feel that the pain originates from my left shoulder and neck area? How strange this might sounds to you. I knew what I'm supposed to eat or not eat in order for me to not getting migraines, but like I've said the throbbing pain in my head clearly originates from the left side of my shoulder and neck cause if I apply hot compressors with gentle massaging, I get relief if I treat my symptoms in my early stages of a migraine attack.

Hi!
Welcome to HCM!
A variety of factors have been shown to initiate migraines. These factors are called triggers, and for people with migraines, avoiding them may be the only way to avoid a migraine. Each person’s triggers will be different. For some migraine sufferers, only one trigger sets off a headache. For others, the trigger responsible for the headache may change from migraine to migraine. Here, the many factors that are known to make migraines more likely to occur.
The most common food offenders include aspartame, an artificial sugar substitute; foods that contain tyramine foods that contain monosodium glutamate or MSG, Skipping a meal or fasting may also increase your likelihood for a migraine.
You can’t always avoid what causes your migraines, but for those risk factors where you do have control, avoiding them may help you prevent migraines and live a pain-free life. Keep away from any food or drinks that make headaches worse.
Hope this helps you!
