Mild Acne, Have Redness And Burning On Face After Using Melacare. Advised Lutica. Is It Advisable?

Hi Doctor. I have been suffering from mild acne problem recently due to few medicines. So, One of my friend suggested me MELACARE. Just after one use, now my face has turned red, with little bit of burning sensation. I have visited a dermatologist and have explained everything. He told me that melacare is quite dangerous cream and has suggested 'Fluticasone Cream - LUTICA'. Along with this he has suggested my MEDSOAP soap, TUBBY lotion and SUNCLAIR sunscreen! Would this medication give me relief from the redness and itching? Please suggest! I am feeling down seeing at myself! Help please!

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Lutica is a mild steroid and can be safely used.
This will reduce the inflammation and hence the itch and burning associated with it
