Minor Blood Spot After Masturbating With Tissue Paper, Pain After Washing Penis. Treatment?

Hi. Please help me out . Iam 17 years out and i masturbrate daily for last week . I didnt masturbrate as random . Last night i masturbrate . It was normal then after few hours i again masturbrate with putting a tissue paper around my penis and started to masturbrate . After ejaculation i saw a small and minor little spot blood on the tissue paper it wasnt come out from the penis opening but iam not confirmed . Then i after a wash i feel pain on the top of my dick . Sides of dick toe . If i wash my dick and then if i touch it i feel pain otherwise it is normal . It feared me up . Please tell me is it something serious ? How do i get cure?? Help me out .

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in frequent masturbation .You have noticed slight bleeding and pain in your penis after ejaculation.\
Most likely this may be due a minor bruising of urethra due to vigorous rough masturbation.

Observe for further bleeding or hematuria. Ensure to drink more water .If you have severe pain take pain killers like Brufen which is freely available over the counter.
