Hi, Thanks for the query. If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy. Sometimes urine pregnancy test kit may not detect early pregnancy. As there is history of tubal pregnancy and as there is tubal damage, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy cannot be completely ruled out. Though the incidence is rare, better to rule out. Consult gynecologist once, get examined and go for ultrasound. Ultrasound helps in detecting the intrauterine pregnancy and in ruling out ectopic pregnancy. According to the findings further management can be planned. Take care.
