Missed Period, Negative Pregnancy Test. Stomach Pain And Period After Taking Meprate. Continue Medication?

hi Doctor my age is 27yrs actually regularly comes menses this time not came. went to doctor in the test negitive (pregnance) result came. doctor advised meprate 2tabs daily for 5days in third day i got menses also suffering stomach pain also coming. Shall i use meprate tabs continue for 5days? what shall i do for stomach pain.

no need to take meprate after getting period.
for stomach pain take t.cyclopam two times a day. it is enough.
