Fibromyalgia can result due to extreme fatigue,
anxiety, stress,
insomnia, low grade immunity, lack of exercises, poor diet,
depression, mental disorders, generalized weakness, etc.
I suggest you to take vitamin supplements for a few days, pain relieving balms, oitments or sprays can be of help. Pain killers may help but take just one or two, do not make it a habit or you will worsen your situation. Addiction of any kind is not good for health.
Take rest, get god sleep, eat well- fresh nutritious food (avoid junk food). Keep yourself well hydrated, take energy drinks, fruits, berries, watch movies and get mentally relaxed, you will feel better.
Change your mattress, take a more comfortable one, exercise regularly, perform yoga and
meditation. Take care.
