My 23 Months Old Son's Penis Head Shrunk And Is Reddish In Color
My son is 23 months old. Noticed yesterday his penis head shrunk and is reddish in color. The foreskin seems huge now to what it was a few days ago. I've cleaned it thoroughly and applied triple antibiotic ointment but so far no change. What is causing this and what should help it?

I guess your son might have got some infection locally or can even be a insect bite like bitten by an ant which can cause the skin to swell.Please get examined by a doctor to find the reason and get treated.
