My Chest/heart Is Tight And Hurts, Hard To Breathe?

It s constantly like this!! I take a deep breath but I have to really breath hard to get a full breath of air.... My heart feels weird and my chest is tight.... what is going on? im only 21

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your symptoms difficulty in breathing can be due to asthama, heart defects, structural abnormalities, pneumonia.
I would suggest you to visit to the Physician a get complete physical evaluation done.
Also consult an ENT specialist to check if there are any sinus infection..
Also maintain a good oral hygiene by taking lukewarm saline ad antiseptic mouthwash rinses.

The type of symptoms you're describing could be caused from something as mild as stress, to something more serious, such as asthma, pneumonia or a heart defect. I don't point out the extreme case to scare you, but to emphasize the point made by many others - difficulty breathing isn't something to take lightly. You should go see your doctor as soon as possible. Good luck...
